  • What a great personal trainer and friend Jeremy is to our son Travis. Travis is in a wheelchair do to being born with Spina Bifida. Jeremy has worked with Travis for several years now. Jeremy has strengthened Travis' arms, back and improved Travis self confidence. Travis has a slight contracture in his right arm and Jeremy has helped that from becoming worse. I have been working with Jeremy now for almost 2 years but i wasnt very dedicated in the beginning just seeing him once a week and that was it, dipping my toe back in the gym scene persay. Then I started doing a nutrition program with him last June/July ish and am now down about 60 lbs and gaining strength and some self confidence along the way. I have a met a lot of amazing people through Jeremy and the gym making my support system even stronger. Having a bad day and just need a hug, they are always willing to help and support you even on your bad days, they will motivate you to be the best you can be. Cant recommend this guy enough! He. Is.
